🇬🇧 English ⭐ Very disappointing stay – dirty, outdated, extremely noisy, and uncomfortable Our stay at Haadrin Resort on Koh Phangan was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, including the beds, floor, and bathroom. Everything looked old, worn out, and poorly maintained, as if it had not been renovated for years. The shower head was hanging halfway out of the wall, the room was stuffy and uncomfortable, and the furniture was extremely outdated. The air conditioning was broken, making the room unbearably hot and humid, which forced us to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. On top of that, the resort was extremely loud, day and night, making it almost impossible to relax or sleep. The overall atmosphere felt oppressive and uncomfortable, even giving off prison-like vibes rather than a holiday resort feeling. Service was also poor. When we asked for fresh towels, the receptionist told us that towels are not changed during the day, which is unacceptable in this climate and given the poor cleanliness. Overall, a very bad experience. The resort urgently needs renovation and does not meet basic hotel standards. ⸻ 🇩🇪 Deutsch ⭐ Sehr enttäuschend – schmutzig, veraltet, extrem laut und unangenehme Atmosphäre Unser Aufenthalt im Haadrin Resort auf Koh Phangan war sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war extrem schmutzig – inklusive Betten, Boden und Badezimmer. Alles wirkte alt, abgenutzt und seit Jahren nicht renoviert. Der Duschhahn hing halb aus der Wand, das Zimmer war stickig und sehr unbequem. Die gesamte Ausstattung war stark veraltet. Zusätzlich war die Klimaanlage defekt, sodass es unerträglich heiß und feucht war und wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Leider war auch das zweite Zimmer kaum besser. Besonders negativ war die extreme Lautstärke – sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts. An Erholung oder Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Die gesamte Anlage hatte zudem eine sehr unangenehme, bedrückende Atmosphäre, die eher Gefängnis-Gefühle als Urlaubsstimmung ausgelöst hat. Auch der Service war schlecht: Auf Nachfrage nach frischen Handtüchern teilte uns der Rezeptionist mit, dass diese tagsüber nicht gewechselt werden. Das ist bei diesem Klima und dem schlechten Hygienestand absolut nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das Resort ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig und erfüllt keine grundlegenden Hotelstandards. ⸻ 🇹🇭 Thai (ภาษาไทย) ⭐ น่าผิดหวังมาก – สกปรก เก่า เสียงดังมาก และบรรยากาศอึดอัด การเข้าพักที่ Haadrin Resort บนเกาะพะงันน่าผิดหวังอย่างยิ่ง ห้องพักสกปรก ตั้งแต่เตียง พื้นห้อง ไปจนถึงห้องน้ำ ทุกอย่างดูเก่า ทรุดโทรม และขาดการดูแล ฝักบัวหลุดออกจากผนัง ห้องอับ ร้อน และไม่สบาย เฟอร์นิเจอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เก่ามาก เครื่องปรับอากาศเสีย ทำให้ต้องเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่ห้องใหม่ก็ไม่ได้ดีขึ้นเท่าไร ที่แย่มากคือ เสียงดังมากตลอดทั้งวันและทั้งคืน ทำให้แทบไม่สามารถพักผ่อนหรือนอนได้เลย บรรยากาศโดยรวมอึดอัดและกดดัน ให้ความรู้สึกคล้าย อยู่ในเรือนจำ มากกว่าสถานที่พักผ่อน การบริการก็ไม่ดี เมื่อขอผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่ พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวระหว่างวัน ซึ่งไม่เหมาะสมกับสภาพอากาศและมาตรฐานความสะอาด โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มาก ที่พักแห่งนี้จำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงอย่างเร่งด่วนและไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานโรงแรมพื้นฐาน

บรรยากาศและสถานที่โดดเด่นไม่เป็นรองใคร ตั้งอยู่บนทำเลที่น่าค้นหาด้วยการสัมผัสสักครั้งในปาร์ตี้สุดอลังการของแต่ละเดือนฟูมูนปาร์ตี้บีส เครื่องดื่มที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ทัศนียภาพที่บ่งบอกถึงบรรยากาศที่โรแมนติกและน่าค้นหา ต้องลองมาสัมผัสสักครั้งแล้ว
