Wow... where do I even start. Avoid this place completely. We arrived after a very long travel day and the hotel was hard to find. A young staff member came out and reassured us, which was the only positive part of the stay. He explained he doesn't usually work that shift and was calling others for help, but he did manage to check us in, take photocopies of our passports, and show us to our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, which we were grateful for after such a long day. That evening, we ordered takeaway. My boyfriend went downstairs to wait outside while I stayed on the balcony talking to him. Out of nowhere, a man came aggressively running towards him, arms swinging, demanding to know his room number and who he was. I could sense the aggression even from above it was intimidating and frightening. I started recording because I genuinely felt unsafe. The man was in my boyfriend's face, repeatedly asking "Who are you?" and demanding answers, demanding him to speak into his phone. When he wasn't getting what he wanted his body language and volume increased by being more aggressive. It was dark, the hotel is down an alley, and the whole situation felt threatening. I shouted down that I was coming, went downstairs, and asked what he wanted. He said he "worked there" and wanted a photo of my boyfriend. I explained we were paying guests and that they already had photocopies of our passports. Eventually, he checked those and backed off, simply saying "ok" after behaving in such an aggressive and unacceptable way. He gave a brief apology and left. I was honestly appalled but tried to move on. We went upstairs, shaken, and eventually fell asleep. Then at around 2:30am, someone started knocking on our door. We were too scared to answer. After that, it sounded like someone sat right outside our room playing TikToks or videos loudly for about an hour. The noise didn't stop and we felt completely unsafe, especially as we were the only room on that floor. At that point, I booked another hotel immediately. I did not feel safe or secure staying there any longer. The next morning, I spoke to the same young staff member who checked us in. There was a language barrier, but he apologised and said he knew who it was. That was it—no proper resolution. We also raised this with Booking.com, but the hotel has not responded to them at all, which says everything. This was one of the most uncomfortable and frightening hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Do not stay here.

ที่นี่ค่อนข้างดีทีเดียว ดูเหมือนโมเตลนิดหน่อย ห้องพักก็โอเค อาจจะดูทันสมัยและสะอาดกว่านี้ได้อีกหน่อย มีระเบียงเล็กๆ แต่สวยมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม วิวจากระเบียงเป็นอาคารเก่าที่ทรุดโทรมไปหน่อย แต่ที่นี่อยู่ใกล้ชายหาดมาก! เจ๋งสุดๆ อยู่ห่างจากเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นแค่ 2 นาที และห่างจากชายหาดแค่ 4 นาทีเท่านั้น
