Isara Lanta Beach Resort

Initially i was a bit skeptical because I read a couple of bad reviews before checking-in but I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised. 1/The service is unlike any I've had on the rest of my 2 Week trip. The staff was incredibly serviable and kind, attentive to our needs and contributed massively to making our stay a pleasant one. I can't express quite adequately my gratitude for the level of kindness we received. 2/ The location is top-notch, not too busy, beautiful view of the beaches with a very laid-back, chill area to have breakfast or enjoy a beer whilst admiring the view. This is not a luxury facility, and that should be obvious as it is not priced as such. The owner was able to create an area that feels laid-back, authentic and welcoming. No superfluous elements, juste the important necessities and a no bullshit approach to get acclimated to island life. 3/ The rooms are functional and do the job. Like i said before, this isn't a luxury resort, we booked the cheapest room, they were clean, we had no trouble sleeping on the firm matresses (this is a local specificity and you'll find this to be very much the case in any thaï hotel you will stay in). We slept both nights with no issues whatsoever and were even pleasantly surprised with the above-par water pressure we were getting from the shower. To all the people complaining about not being able to bring their seven-eleven treats to the restaurent/common areas...If not just using your common sense please try having some empathy for business owners. Would definitely come back !

Wer in Thailand ab von den Touristenströmen Urlaub machen will, der ist auf Koh Lanta und im Isara Beach Resort bei Robert genau richtig. Die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Strand, auf den Salas kann man wunderbar im Schatten entspannen. Wir hatten den Bungalow Kategorie D, dieser ist recht geräumig mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und TV ausgestattet. Mit der Reinigung, Sauberkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben muss man aber auch das Essen: Die Küchenperle Penny bereitet hervorragende Thai-Gerichte zu - man sollte alle Gerichte der Karte einmal rauf- und runterprobieren 😀 Aber dazu kommt noch das Essen von Robert selbst, wer nicht auf europäisch/bayerisches Essen verzichten will, der ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Robert stellt sogar die Würste, zB die Currywurst selbst her. Fast jeden Samstag gibt es auch selbst gemachten Schweinebraten. Robert ist insgesamt ein Mann für alles- von Roller mieten, Ausflüge mit individuellen Tipps buchen, Transfer organisieren, Robert macht alles. Außerdem haben wir an der Bar, an der man täglich den Sonnenuntergang bewundern kann, sehr nette, aufgeschlossene Menschen kennengelernt. Wir kommen wieder!

ห้องพักเรียบง่ายแต่ก็ดีสำหรับการเข้าพักระยะสั้น ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากอยู่ติดกับชายหาด น่าเสียดายที่เรามีปัญหาเรื่องมดในบังกะโลของเรา เมื่อตื่นนอนตอนเช้าก็พบว่ามีมดอยู่เต็มไปหมด เมื่อแจ้งพนักงาน พวกเขาก็ไม่ได้รีบมาตรวจสอบ และเมื่อฉันคุยกับคนที่ฉันคิดว่าเป็นผู้จัดการในวันนั้น เธอก็ถามว่าเราทานอาหารในบังกะโลหรือไม่ ในคำแนะนำการเช็คอินระบุว่าอนุญาตให้ทานอาหารในบังกะโลได้ แต่ไม่อนุญาตให้ทานที่ชายหาด/ร้านอาหาร เรามีนมและซีเรียลซึ่งยังไม่ได้เปิดและเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็นที่จัดไว้ให้ และบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปเมื่อคืนก่อน และเราก็ล้างภาชนะและทิ้งลงถังขยะที่จัดไว้ให้แล้ว มดไม่ได้อยู่แค่ในบริเวณใดบริเวณหนึ่ง แต่มีอยู่ทุกที่ ฉันไม่ได้โทษพนักงานในวันนั้น เพราะเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นได้ แต่ก็รู้สึกผิดหวังที่พวกเขาไม่ได้ดำเนินการอย่างเร่งด่วน และในฐานะผู้หญิงสองคนที่เดินทางด้วยกัน เราก็รู้สึกว่าไม่มีใครอยากฟังเราจริงๆ เรารู้สึกเหมือนถูกกล่าวโทษทันที และถูกบอกว่าเป็นความผิดของเราเพราะ "บังกะโลได้รับการทำความสะอาดก่อนที่คุณจะเช็คอิน" เพื่อความชัดเจน ตอนที่เรามาถึงบังกะโลมีมดอยู่ แต่เราเดินทางท่องเที่ยวมา 3 เดือนแล้ว และเข้าใจว่าจะมีสัตว์เล็กๆ เข้ามาในห้องบ้าง แต่ไม่คิดว่าจะมากขนาดนี้ ฉันไม่อยากตำหนิ Isara ทั้งหมด แต่เราไม่ได้มีประสบการณ์ที่ดีนัก

พนักงานเป็นมิตรมากและทำเลที่ตั้งสวยงามอยู่ริมชายหาด มีเตียงอาบแดดที่สะดวกสบายและร้านอาหารอยู่ริมชายหาด เราสนุกมาก เพียงแต่ห้องพักที่เราพักนั้นค่อนข้างธรรมดา และความสะอาดและการดูแลรักษาอาจจะดีกว่านี้ได้

เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นี่ในช่วงวันส่งท้ายปีเก่าต้อนรับปีใหม่ รวมถึงงานปาร์ตี้ปีใหม่ที่สนุกสนานด้วย ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ติดชายหาดนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก เตียงนอนเล่นริมชายหาดเหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อน อาหารไทยรสเลิศของเพนนีเสิร์ฟตลอดทั้งวัน หากคุณอยากลองอะไรที่แตกต่างออกไป พวกเขายังมีเมนูอื่นๆ เช่น ชนิทเซลและเฟรนช์ฟรายส์ และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย โรเบิร์ต เจ้าของที่พัก ยังทำไส้กรอกรสเลิศบางอย่างด้วยตัวเองอีกด้วย รีสอร์ทเงียบสงบ และห้องพักได้รับการทำความสะอาดทุกวัน เรารู้สึกสบายใจอย่างยิ่งและอยากกลับมาอีกครั้ง
