Brand new, super spacious rooms with a big bathroom and a private kitchen with a washing machine. Kitchen has all the amenities you could ever need, even Thai spices and fish sauce are provided. Rooms are clean and have a very big and comfortable bed + a nice terrace. One thing i need to mention tho' is that there's not so much to do in the direct area, you'll have you walk a bit (10m) to a restaurant or a massage place (try Nichas, they really know what they are doing) and about 30 minutes to the Chon Moeng area (which is kind of a workout going uphill in the heat 😅). There is also a construction site next door, so Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The room was clean, big and well equipped, the location was perfect for me because I wanted to be close to wat plai laem and my friends restaurant just across from the gate of the temple, bot places were only a 10 minute walk away. I gave the service only 3 stars, the reason for this was that there was no reception at the resort and during the whole 5 days stay we had I never saw a single member of staff, contact through the messages in the booking app were attentive, however I found the lack of staff to be strange, they never checked our passports, therefore I would assume there were no reports that we were staying in kho samui made to the immigration, as a long term resident in thailand I know a tm30 should be recorded within 24 hours of our arrival.

ห้องพักสะอาดมากและห้องครัวก็กว้างขวางมาก
