⭐⭐⭐⭐ A pleasant stay at De Lanna Hotel in Chiang Mai with a small point worth mentioning. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The rooms are functional and comfortable, even if they are a bit more modest than the photos might suggest. Overall, they are perfectly fine for a city stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is clearly the biggest advantage. Being right in the city center makes exploring Chiang Mai very easy and convenient. The pool area has a nice and relaxing atmosphere. One small downside is that there are quite a few “don’t do this” signs, along with price lists for items that could potentially be taken. I understand the background for this and that it is likely based on past experiences with guests. However, as someone who hasn’t taken anything and has no intention of doing so, it can feel a bit strange at first. This is not a major issue, just a minor point worth mentioning. Overall, a solid hotel with a great location, friendly service, and small details that could be improved. Die Zimmer sind funktional und komfortabel, auch wenn sie etwas schlichter ausfallen, als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Für einen Städtetrip sind sie jedoch absolut in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage mitten in Chiang Mai, durch die sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Die Poollandschaft bietet eine schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre. Etwas schade fand ich allerdings die vielen „don’t do this“-Schilder sowie Preistabellen für Gegenstände, die man potenziell mitnehmen könnte. Ich verstehe den Hintergrund und dass diese Maßnahmen vermutlich auf Erfahrungen mit früheren Gästen beruhen. Dennoch fühlt es sich für Gäste, die nichts falsch gemacht haben und auch nichts mitnehmen wollen, zunächst etwas befremdlich an. Kein großes Manko, aber ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, den man erwähnen darf. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit sehr guter Lage, freundlichem Service und kleinen Abzügen im Detail. ที่พักเงียบสงบ บริการดี เสียนิดเดียวแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้แหล่งช้อป และวัดวาอาราม อาหารเช้ารวมๆดีมากค่ะ

ห้องพักค่อนข้างกะทัดรัด แต่อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก รวมถึงชากาแฟเตรียมไว้ให้ครบครัน ทำเลที่ตั้งใจกลางเมืองเดินทางท่องเที่ยวสะดวกสบาย สามารถจอดรถด้านหน้าโรงแรมได้เลย อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟต์มีหลากหลายอย่างพอสมควร สรุปโดยรวมก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคาครับ
